Couple of things to point out, This does not seem like the "Magic hour" Or.. Golden hour.
It seems like its 14:00pm and the sun is still harsh. Where are you from?
They look out of focus and washed out, The grooms suit is gray insted of black for example.
The emotion is great and the framing is ok, I think a wider shot with more of the fence in would of maybe made it just a bit better.

Thanks for the feedback. The photo was taken at 5:20PM. The backlight from the sun provided some flaring on the lens, which might explain some of the "washed out" look you are referring to. I certainly would have loved to get a bit wider, but had a 70-200mm on the camera with little time to change out lenses.
