I took this shot at a shelter in the middle of nowhere in the Atlas mountains. It was very early in the morning, overcast, windy and cold as my friend and I were just getting back from climbing mount Toubkal and the guide was having a smoke outside the shelter. I approached him and after a small chat asked if I could take a photo of him. He smiled, put his cigarette down and with a bit if hand and foot communication I managed to get him where and how I wanted and simply took a few shots.
So the settings of the shot were:
Cannon 550D with Sigma 18-35mm @ f1.8, ISO 100 and 35mm
Weathered
Canon Kiss X4
35mm · f/1.8 · 1/500s · ISO 100
