Kuthu Vilakku : Traditional Lamp used in Tamil Weddings

Kuthu Vilakku is an oil lamp used in South Indian Weddings, lighted in front of the deities.
The lamp is symbol of Tej (Absolute fire principle) and is lit to signify leading us from darkness towards light.
