El Capitolio

Earlier this year I had the pleasure to travel through Cuba which was an amazing experience. While on the plane I was reading the Lonely Planet when one line of text really stood out for me:

"Trapped in a time-warp, Cuba is like a prince in a poor man's coat. Behind the sometimes shabby facades, gold dust lingers."

On the second day in Havana, I was walking towards El Capitolio when I spotted this view which immediately translated to the words I read.
