Walker Lambert on Fstoppers

Hi my name is Walker Lambert, I am 18 years old and currently studying graphic design at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill CA. My journey through photography started with my love for skateboarding. I originally bought a used camera off a friend to shoot photos of my friends and I skating around the Bay Area. I am also an Eagle Scout which is what led to my passion for landscape photography. Soon after I had bought that first camera I went on a backpacking trip with troop and decided to bring the camera along. I took some shots that I was very proud of at the time. Although I still shoot skate photos I am obsessed with landscape photography and I hope to get better at finding compositions, predicting light, and editing.
