Started shooting on an old leica of my fathers. too young, to green to know how good it was. Hated having to meter my light and set up my shots. moved to a nikon fg chrome and shot tons of crap, lots of black and white, loading from a bag and developing and burning in a closet. Now I shoot with a Lumix GX7 and am very happy tinkering with light and often wish I had that old camera back and that this new house had a closet to give over...
