I am a Visual FX Supervisor for a living bringing crazy things that don't exist to life. My photography is a juxtaposition to that and as such I do not composite my work or blend exposure at all. I do not replace skies, I do not paint anything in, I do not take two photos and make one out of them. I sit and wait and hopefully get a shot. I have the luxury of not having to sell my photos for a living, so I can do such things. No judgement to those that do, I just can't because it would be to much of an extension of my work day.
