Conceptual photography means the photographer is trying to write a story in your head with a single image. A lot of the time the message is conveyed in a very abstract way using random objects and props. Although the image may be shot to tell one story, it can very easily be interpreted many different ways by each person who sees it.

"Living on the south coast of the UK, I am primarily a seascape photographer, and a big fan of long exposure work. I am not a ‘purist’, and whilst a captured image with perfect light can look great straight from the camera it is seldom that conditions are such that they convey the mood I seek.
Samyang 10mm 1:2.8 ED AS UMC CS is a prototype of the ultra wide-angle prime lens designed for use with cameras fitted with APS-C/DX sensors. Its extremely short focus length and rectilinear imaging system ensure extra wide angle of view amounting to 110 degrees (~107 degree for Canon version). As a result the lens is a comprehensive tool for architecture and landscape shooting. New Samyang 10mm 1:2.8 ED AS UMC CS is similar to the 35mm system lens with 15mm or 16mm focal length in the case of Canon APS-C cameras.
So with all the talk of Photokina coming up, lets go back and take a look at some of the older camera equipment that was top of the line back in the day.
