Léo de Andrade is a Software Engineer with an MBA in Business with more than 20 years of career and with passages and international experience as a manager in some multinationals. His experience as a manager of departments and people with his eyes always attentive to everything that surrounded him created a know-how in observing people's behavior and discovering the beauty in the movements, ways, postures and speeches of people at all organizational levels.
