Born in Oregon, country upbringing, moved to L.A at age 12. Got into photography while in Vietnam. Studied art and photography at Santa Monica College.Enjoyed photographing women and started shooting for Penthouse magazine in 1976. Became staff in 1978. Moved to Germany in 1984 to help with German Penthouse start up. Joined staff at German Playboy '86-'87, back to L.A. and stayed '88 to '94 and then moved to Las Vegas after earthquake in 1994. Been in Las Vegas since, have had 4 different studios shooting all kinds of portraits, portfolios, mainly people, but a lot of other odds and ends. I continued shooting for men's magazines til they died and the money ended. Got involved in Internet with adult sites but got out when it got too crazy with hackers, infringers, and ultra hardcore stuff. Still shooting glamour, pinup, fitness... men and women. I met and married my makeup artist wife in 1985, my second year in Germany and we are still married to this day. We have a dog and two cats. We have a big older home, on 2/3 acre in a rural part of LV with a great in-home work area. I like to work on my home and take care of my yard when time permits.
