Hi, I’m John Fertic, Lead Photographer at Better Home Photos LLC. Since 2013, I’ve photographed thousands of homes throughout Florida—from modest starter houses to high-end vacation rentals on the water. My images are the result of hands-on experience, trial and error, and a workflow I’ve built from the ground up—not from presets or shortcuts.

I don’t rely on Photoshop to “fix it later.” My process is rooted in getting it right in-camera, using careful HDR bracketing, clean composition, and natural light. Every image is edited by hand with an emphasis on realism, color accuracy, and clarity—not artificial effects.

What you see in my photos is what you’d see in person—just cleaner, brighter, and ready to sell or rent. Whether I’m shooting a vacation rental in Homosassa or a lanai in The Villages, the goal is always the same: deliver consistent, high-quality images that work hard for the client.
