Not much to say. Unlike maybe most people here I really only discovered photography late in life. I've been doing this sporadically for only about 5-6 years due to health concerns which are hopefully being resolved. What actually lit my fires was the first time I saw a really top-notch HDR image. It took my breath away; I could almost feel that I was standing there, rather than looking at an image. I decided that HDR photography could put into photography what I personally had always wanted. Now, I do a lot of non-HDR photography, but it is my mainstay. You may feel quite differently about HDR than I do, I know many people detest it, for various reasons. We all come to this art on our own roads. I'm looking forward to getting to know the community and to learn the site. Peace.
