Lukas Renlund a professional photographer from Scandinavia. He comes from a background in fashion and advertising. A fair amount of his time is nowadays spent on the road. Either, travelling with his interactive photo exhibition “Steal My Photograph!” or simply exploring the world’s corners for 'business and pleasure'. One of his favourite cities in the world is Copenhagen, which he calls home-base.
Most recently Lukas spent eight months in Cape Town. Here, he got inspired to set up a new company. "Not So Fast | Media" focuses on bridging the gap between video and still imagery. The company aims to work with Digital Agencies and other interesting collaborators to produce moving content tailored for their needs. “We want to help our clients communicate in images that not only illustrates clear messages, but also speaks to people. For us, this is Motion Photography.”, he explains.
Lukas' work has featured in magazines such as: ELLE, Euroman (Denmark), Chic Magazine (Mexico) and Renegade Collective (Australia). He has worked with clients in the music industry (Warner Music Group) as well as with other household names such as: Diesel, Lexus, Kraft Foods, Marabou, Stimorol and British American Tobacco.
A number of my photographs first published in magazines, have also been exhibited on the walls of prestigious galleries: Preus - The National Museum of Photography in Norway and The Royal Academy of Arts in London.
Lukas is available for international commissions.
