I am a mostly self-taught photographer and digital artist. I learned the fundamentals on film and in the darkroom. My grandfather and I took a Intro to Photography together at the local community college in 2001. The need to create is in our bones, really.

Years later, I refined my skills in digital photography through a lot of trial and error. I learned lighting by shooting in the dark and experimenting with any and every type of light source I encountered. Much of what I've learned I found on Fstoppers.
