We spend a significant amount of time understanding exactly what needs to be communicated in the video production and how we can meet the client’s needs. We also explore ideas they maybe haven’t thought of and help give a more complete picture of what they need in their film project.

The key to a good video is not just a good story, it has to be the right story. Listening to clients and proper communication back to them ensures the final product is a success.

We take care of any props that are necessary, booking locations, renting equipment, hiring talent, getting permits, and whatever else is necessary.

If there is equipment that needs to be rented, we first discuss it with our clients and tell them exactly why we think the expense is necessary. If the order is approved, we take care of the rental and pass the costs on directly to our clients with no surcharge.

Another part of our preparation for the video is scouting locations. Most times we have the luxury of knowing where we’ll shoot. Our team will discuss angles and shots we want to get in advance so that we are completely prepared for the big day.
