I'm Amanda Cichowski and I launched Cuddly Captures (CC Photography) in 2012. I am in love with photography; so much that I dismissed high-level career opportunities in the corporate world for creativity. The name Cuddly Captures stemmed from my initial concept of pet photography. I recognized a niche in the market, though I quickly learned how much I love photographing humans, too. There is something so real and so raw about sharing human emotions through photography. I knew I couldn’t limit myself. I’ve been described as a photography-chameleon. I am adaptable to many styles of photography. Vibrant, sharp, timeless; I am confident in my ability to deliver impressive photographs no matter what my client’s vision is. I’m not afraid to get dirty.

I have been so fortunate to surround myself with talented people in the industry that I have learned from in a variety of ways. Some of my photo heroes include: Lindsay Adler, RC Concepcion, Tamara Lackey, Jeff Rojas, Joel Grimes and Jason Groupp. I am a member of KelbyTraining Online, NAPP, Professional Photographers of America, and a Photoshop Compositing/Retoucher.

The opportunities that I have had continue to open my eyes to how limitless my passion truly is. As an example, I never envisioned I’d have an interest in the fashion world-- now I’m realizing how intrigued I am by ad campaigns and marketing! So my Future is unknown and I love that!
