Doug Dailey
I grew up in southern California with a passion for surfing, scuba diving, nature, and the great outdoors. It wasn't until 2000, when I purchased my first digital camera, a 5 megapixel Sony-Cyber shot did I realize my true passion, nature photography. Over the past 20 years, I learned the art of nature, landscape, and seascape photography, by traveling to various locations throughout Southern California, and photographing the local scenery, wildlife, beaches, and landscapes.
My primary goal in photography is to create a well thought out composition that is pleasing to the eye, contains vibrant color, textures, mood, drama, and creative leading lines. I also try and replicate the images as closely as possible, to the original image seen through the viewfinder. Curently I use the Sony A7III camera, along, with cannon lenses.I use photoshop CS, and Aurora HDR for post processing, along with adobe camera raw, and bridge.
My current photography interest includes, nature, landscape, seascape, abstract, astrophotography, drone photography, fine art, and (HDR) photography. I curerntly reside in long beach, ca, with my wife Rosa, and our border collie dog, Cooper. I can be reached via my photography websites, and have several of my images on fine art America, that are availible as prints. I also have close to 200 stock images availabe for lease at Oc stock photos.com. I thank you for visting, and hope you have enjoyed my images.
