Victor Cherubini
At age 14 I discovered photography and have been in love with it ever since. In high school I was a photographer for the yearbook, and in college served as the photo editor of our school newspaper and yearbook. I have an undergraduate BA degree in Photography for SUNY Geneseo. After graduation I worked at Rembrandt Studios, the largest photography studio in Peoria, Illinois shooting weddings, events and portraits. I taught photography classes at Illinois Central College in 1975-76.
Photography was my life, and in 1977, I was burnt out and ready for a change. I put my camera down and decided to do something different.
I went back to school, got a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston. I wrote a business plan for a company called “epic software group”, and in 1990, turned that plan into a multimedia production company.
In 2000, I rediscovered photography, this time it was digital not analog, and it rekindled my love for taking photos. For the past 19 years, my specialty has been advertising photography. I love to work with ad agencies, publishers and clients that need great commercial/industrial photos. I have the certifications and safety gear to work on a drill rig, in a refinery, or a hazardous environment.
Today, epic is part of the epic Creative-Co-Op, which houses the largest video production studio and the largest photography studio in Montgomery County, Texas. Check out my work at: www.epiccommercialphotography.com
