Charl Folscher

I bought an old Rebel G film camera at Walmart in 2001 and in 2003 started taking up photography as a hobby in the UK. What laid a lot of my foundation in the first year was reading Practical Photography every month from cover to cover. My first jobs were weddings, a stressful job to say the least made even more so using film. I took up photography when the whole "digital revolution" was taking shape and although I wanted to jump into that I could only afford a Canon 30.

Through the years photography also progressed into making film and video, but my first passion is photography.
