Ivan Kemp

Based on the Bellarine Peninsula, I have transitioned my career to professional freelance photographer and undertaken photography assignments here and in Melbourne.

Photographer for the Potato Shed where I photograph each show and assist with their marketing since February 2019. There is an exhibition of my performance work on display at the theatre.

A strong passion for portrait photography has led to photographic assignments in theatrical productions, music gigs and artist promotions, family portraits and newborn sessions.

As a freelance photographer, I have also photographed corporate head shots, food and restaurants, events, school photography and real estate.

Career highlights include:

Solo exhibition of musical performance at Kado Warehouse, Cremorne as part of Midsumma Festival 2019.

Photographer for the Grand Gala Opening Performance 2019 of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra at Hamer Hall.

Photographer for the play Antigone X as part of Midsumma Festival 2018.

Photographs displayed as part of three exhibitions at Focal Point Darkroom and Gallery, Geelong 2019.
