JOSE ANTONIO HERRERA DE RIVERO

He starts his way in photography after watching his father develop images in the darkroom. When he was ten years old, he received his first camera and owned laboratory. His formal studies began with Billy Hare in Toulouse Lautrec, then the Photography Learning Center "Kodak" in Perú and later in the Gaudí Institute. He is recognized in the photographic medium for his diverse interests in photography environment, but, above all, in product photography. Currently, he is teaching at "Centro de la Imagen", "Fuera de Foco", "Kuna" and "Soho Studio".
He has participated in the following photographic exhibitions: Toulouse Lautrec (Collectively February 1986), Museo de Arte de Lima (Lima Photos Antigua, July 1987), Art Gallery J. Harriman (Collective - The Tree, February 1995), Pontifical Cultural Center Universidad Católica del Peru (Collective - the Pantanos de Villa , April 1995), Gallery Obsidiana (Collective , January 1997) and University San Marcos Cultural Center - Individual, "water ", December 1998).
Today Jose is dedicated to advertising photography of products in Peru, and he has been named ambassador for the Canon brand.
