I started photography as amateur on my trip to Tibet in 1995.
At that point I was simply using an autofocus Nikon I had bought in Johannesburg in South Africa.
Arriving in Brussels in 2008, I was offered a 50D Canon and started my career as a photographer in Salsa dance events which I enjoy until today. For 4 years in a row I was chosen to be one of few photographers @ Berlin Salsa Dance Congress.
In 2010 I started studying at Brussels School of Photography and joined video classes.
I edited my first documentary on Lyme disease in June 2013 and graduated as documentarist in videography in 2014 by successfully presenting my final work on the scam of the horse meat.
« Canon review » published my pictures with 50D several times.
Boston University in Brussels invited me to exhibit my pictures.
My movie « Truth is a pathless land …from Krishnamurti speech» was to be shown in Brussels on the 7 November 2013 and was selected by a Belgian jury.
Today I am extremely focused on photography: a source of constant learning, inner pleasure and feeling of achievement.
When it comes to portrait photography, Lindsay Adler has always been a real source of learning!
In Photoshop Piximperfect, Ben Willmore, Rikar Rodin, Alexandro di Liccio , FP Stoppers have been a source of building knowledge on how to grasp the tool to make the best picture.
In 2019 I have joined the Brussels Club of photography « View Finders » and « The Societies of Photographers in England »
