Gil Kreslavsky
I am a 46-year-old photographer from Israel.
Photography for me is a spiritual and artistic journey of sorts.
I lead a bit of nomadic lifestyle, spending most months of the year traveling and photographing diverse locations around the world, with a strong preference for Asia.
To support this lifestyle, I conduct photography workshops during my non-travel periods.
My passion for photography has taken me to Asia and Africa where I have spent many years. In China, I accidentally founded a photography club that became quite successful, kickstarting my career as an educator.
My photography style bounces between street, travel, and documentary photography. I am particularly drawn to storytelling. The best description of my work is "Travel with a twist of street," but I strive to avoid confining myself to specific styles. This approach allows me to explore different subjects and maintain an open-minded perspective.
