The Peace Wire is an ongoing daily photo project with goal of finding at least one person (human or animal) a day to take a photo with the little handmade wire peace sign.
The project first began in 2007, and as of December 2014 there has been over 530 people, a few dogs, a cat, a parrot, and one pig as the photo subjects.
San Diego based artist and photographer, Krista Marie Richardson is currently living on the island of Kyushu, Japan.
