Phil Kogan

Phil Kogan is a Washington DC based photographer specializing in fashion, beauty, portrait, and fashion event photography. Phil’s work has appeared in Elléments Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, Front Desk (DC Modern Luxury's Visitor's Guide), Jett Magazine, Ça Va Magazine, Charleston Magazine, Council Magazine, K Street Magazine, and the DC Fashion Week Newsletter as well as DC on Heels Blog and other web sites and blogs. His work is featured in the portfolios of notable Washington designers. Phil's photos were displayed in the “Portraits of DC” exhibition at the Washington Convention Center and the “Faces” show at the Washington School of Photography. He has photographed local actors, musicians, and notables in the Washington, DC area.
