Robert Coppa

I was born in Italy, in a small town at the foothills of the Alps. From an early age I was fascinated in the use of computers especially in the area of digital art. I started dabbling with a very early version of Photoshop in photo-manipulations, photo-retouching and design graphics. In 1999 a job opportunity presented itself and I moved to the United States where I resided for 8 years. It was while there that I began taking a strong interest in photography. I took several classes and workshops and was lucky to assist and learn under two very well-respected fashion/commercial photographers.

I am now once again based in Australia. I have a studio in Canberra but also travel to Sydney and Melbourne regularly for commercial assignments. I can and do travel internationally for the right job. I'm outgoing, approachable and flexible. I'm about developing enduring professional relationships that will lead to mutually beneficial prospects.

I shoot Fashion, Editorial, Commercial & Advertising, Portraiture, and Beauty & Glamour. I also have significant experience in motion pictures & television unit production stills.
