Shannon Ferguson

I'm a wedding, portrait and commercial photographer from Detroit, Michigan. I'm absolutely in love with what I do and the clients that I work with. In addition to photographing full time, I'm also an instructor at PROCAM in Livonia, MI. I help my students with everything from basic photography concepts to how to properly light and edit images, as well as how to pose subjects. It's a very rewarding feeling when I can capture moments that my clients love, as well as pass my knowledge along to other photographers. The photography community has been so good to me and I've met some amazing friends while I've had a camera in my hands. The way that I see it, it's all about giving back. Knowledge and education should never stop being a part of one's life and I'm grateful for having the opportunity to continue to not only learn myself, but also help fledging photographers move forward in their careers!
