Stian Klo

I am an aspiring landscape photographer based in Harstad, Norway. I spent my childhood years in Vesterålen, so its only natural that my biggest inspiration comes from the untouched nature in this region. I started my career in photography relatively late. In 2011 I bought my first DSLR and since then my images has made a huge impact in the world of photography. In this short amount of time I have built a name for himself with a portfolio focusing mainly on imags from Arctic countries such as Norway and Iceland.

My images have been published both nationally and internationally, in addition to ad campaigns and calendars. Most noteably in National Geographic, Nikon Germany, Landscape Photography Magazine, N-Photo Magazine, Outdoor Photographer Magazine and several more. In spring 2013, I was even listed as one of the top 48 photographers to follow on 500px, proud moment for me. In addition to traditional landscapes I'm also a great fan of nightphotography. The dark nights in arctic Norway are perfect for capturing the unique aurora borealis.
