Got my first SLR in '68, and form many years shot with a pair of Minox 35s, one with Tri-X and one with slide film. I simply wore them out.

I entered my DSLR days in 2010 when my son was getting married in Thailand, buying a simple Pentax, and one lens.

Shoot mainly birds, wildlife, and family, using 1", DX, and FX bodies.

Been working as a security officer, conscript, editor-in-chief, technical illustrator, journalist, firefighter, dishwasher, bookshop owner, bus driver, and probably more, that I have by now forgotten.

Been very active at PentaxForums and DPReview's fora (far over 10,000 messages) the last ten years, and been involved in a lot of activities concerning aircraft and kayaks.

Hope to improve my skills and get more knowledge about photography (I have half a year of university studies in photography, but that was almost 50 years ago, so not up to date).
