I graduated from Cal State Long Beach, California in 1989 in Radio/Television/Film. However, my interest was distinctly Film/Cinema. Everything was analog, well almost everything (we were studying time code on videotape like that was going to be the new norm). Digital technology, including the monumental advent of "the world wide web", i.e. the internet, was on the horizon. CD's were brand new and we were just hearing about this fascinating new CD with unlimited information capacity called DVD. The field of photography was no longer dark rooms, silver halides, grain, stop bath and celluloid...it was changing then and it still is to this very day...this very minute.
