Hello, I’m Merv
So… I have almost 34 years’ experience within the photographic industry, mainly
specializing in wedding and lifestyle portraiture. I love everything about my work, from
creating fresh new ideas in the studio to the challenge of setting off in the snow to capture my Bride & Grooms special moments, with the same enthusiasm as if it were ‘an idyllic summer day’

Before joining Field Photographic in July 2000 – I was based at home in Ripley, working under the name of ‘Video-graph Photographers’, a business run with my wife Carol at the helm!

The company was re-named in 2018 to "Merv Spencer Photography"

Working from a studio base has enabled us to adopt a brand, for which we are very proud to be able to offer quality within our business, from the images we shoot to the products used to bring your photographs to life.

We will continue to search out the best available ‘value’ for all our clients, within both our expertise and knowledge of our services, to any items, from albums to frames, which enhance our finished products.

Our aim is to treat every client as an” individual, with individual needs” and avoid a ‘one size fits all’. Therefore we welcome you to contact us and discuss your ideas and needs for us to tailor a service to suit your requirements.
