Started photography at age 14 with a all mechanical Zeiss Ikon Contaflex Super B (1/500th of a second shutter - YEAH baby !). Studied macro & closeup under John Netherton in high school in Nashville. Did lots of nature & wildflower photography while in college at Tennessee Tech. Studied about Harold Egerton & high speed strobe photography. I started in digital with a used Canon Rebel EOS in my fifties. It's alright, although I get way better sunrise/sunset results with my LG cell phone camera.
