Daniel De Wit
I’ve been a photographer since 2015, running Daniel DW Photography, with a focus on fashion, portrait, wedding, and food photography. Over the years, I’ve built a solid understanding of lighting, studio setups, and editing software, which helps me create images that feel true to my clients’ vision.
What matters most to me is that people feel proud of their photos. I take the time to understand what they’re looking for and find ways to improve on it while keeping it authentic. Photography isn’t just about taking pictures—it’s about creating an experience that makes clients feel valued and confident in how they present themselves.
I work best in a structured creative environment, balancing creativity with organization. My experience managing 60+ events per year at Howler gave me the skills to handle complex shoots and fast-paced projects, and I’ve found that my attention to detail naturally lends itself to mentoring others as well.
Recently, I’ve been exploring creative studio shoots for content creators, focusing on unique set designs and conceptual ideas. I’m also working on refining my Instagram sales funnel to attract more clients in Johannesburg, South Africa, making sure I reach the right audience in a way that feels natural.
I love what I do, and I’m always looking for new ways to grow, both creatively and professionally.
