For 49 Years, photography has been a major part of my life. After 2 years of high school photography, I joined the US Army to be trained as a still photo specialist. This required a 4 year enlistment, most of that spent in Munich Germany after 7 months of photo school. After the Army, I worked for a time at a daily newspaper covering anything and everything that came up.
I spent 4 seasons on the sidelines of the Philadelphia Eagles football club 1990-93. There I worked for the team as unpaid freelance photographer. Wonderful experience producing images for their media department and selling to the players themselves. I definitely enjoyed recording history on the field, and still relive these monumental images today in 2025.
These days my passions are wildlife and nature photography, mainly Alaskan Bald Eagles and rutting whitetail deer of the Great Smoky Mountains N.P., though I’m not averse to photographing the local sports teams. Most of my time, when not in the field, I’m editing and printing my own images on an Epson 7880 24” inch printer. Sharing and selling my photography is a major part of my enjoyment, reliving each and every situation experienced to capture that image. Thanks for inclusion to F Stoppers.
