Panoramic photography captures graceful lines, faraway horizons, and nature’s splendid array of colour, light, and contrast. Inspired primarily by landscapes, Poulton seeks to share his own amazement at the beauty of the world through a collection of extreme photography adventures around the world. Many people ignore their surroundings, and his mission is to wake up his audience, cause them to take notice, and encourage them to take a look around and get connected with nature and their own selves. He exposes the majesty that exists in our peripheral vision, if only we stop to see it.

A resident of Sydney, Australia, Poulton delights in the varied landscapes that surround him. “I am so lucky to live in Australia as it has such a diverse wealth of landscapes - stunning coastlines, fragile alpine ranges, harsh desert lands, ancient rainforests… it's truly a landscape photographer’s paradise,” he says, happily. Patience, determination, and a certain amount of risk-taking have paid off in the form of a fantastic body of work that communicates the pure magnificence of our environment.
