Max Desdunes

I was born and raised in Port Au Prince, Haiti, where my love for creating logos and graphic art began. After graduating high school, I started my formal education in photography while attending classes for Industrial and Architectural Drawing and received an AS degree at Canado-Hatian Technical College. I quickly became a studio photographer creating individual and family portraits for “Technicouleur” in Haiti. Soon after, I joined "Imprimerie Le Naltal", where I began my career in graphic design, I gained great experience working on productions and high quality design work using the first generation Apple Macintosh computer and Adobe software.

In 1998, I moved with my family to Broward County, Florida, where I earned an AS in Multi Media and Web Design at The Art Institutes of Fort Lauderdale, and immediately worked to develop my photography career by shooting weddings, portraits and beauty shots.

I presently work for Broward County Office of Public Communications as a Senior Digital Media Designer for the past 14. One of my proudest accomplishments was my photography work being published in the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) Image of the Week July 2013.
