Will Steven

I started taking photos during college with a point & shoot camera for music projects and web design. I realized it was something I enjoyed doing but didn't think it was going to be more than a hobby. As years passed, I focused more on music and not much on photography.

While I was working at Full Compass in Madison, WI, I slowly started learning more about the video and photo industry. I met two coworkers that inspired me to dig deeper. I would pick their brains about photo/video cameras and different shooting scenarios. With their help, I started shooting video of live band concerts. I absolutely loved it!

In August of 2012 I packed my things and moved from Wisconsin to sunny California to start working at SKB Cases as the Product Manager. Since working there, I've been taking a major part of the product shots for magazine ads and the website. I've also been lucky enough to travel to some incredible spots for trade shows. Not only have I had the opportunity to learn more about the photo video industry through these shows, but I've been able to take lots of photos while traveling. I love experiencing different cultures, cities, and lifestyles. While living in Southern California, I've been exploring new areas every weekend with my camera. I've worked on band photo shoots, live concerts, product photos, landscape photography, and more.
