I work full-time at a university and want to eventually jump into full-time photography. I started shooting in high school, and then learned a little something in college. I learned the most by working with another photographer for a few years. I have my own wedding photography business now, and I just try to get better with each wedding. I try to do non-wedding shoots occasionally, just to practice and exercise my creativity. Since I started shooting, I have never questioned whether I should be a photographer or not. It's just...my thing. I have other things too, running being the main one. I run, I shoot. I also have a husband and a beagle, who may or may not be my most photographed living being.
