4k Hyper Lapse at Disneyland

This is my second attempt at time lapse/ hyper lapse photography. It was all handeld, even some stationary shots, with the exception of three where exposure times were 1 second in order to get motion blur from the subjects. I used an sony A7sii, the 70-200mm f/4.0 FE lens and Canons 50mm f/1.4 lens. Around 5,000 pictures were taken over the course of 3 days and only 4,600 made it into the video. Storage-wise, it's all taking up around 300 GB on my hard drive with RAW and lossless video. I know I need to improve. Should I leave the camera on auto exposure? I noticed the lighting would change in some shots and become distracting. Can't improve unless I know what's wrong.
