Even though most of you have shot models before, you may never come across one this thin. Ioana Spangenberg is a Romanian born model that has a 20 inch waist. Not only is she unnaturally thin, but she eats 3 meals a day and snacks in between.

My first thought was she is probably anorexic, but judging from her eating habits, it may just be natural, who knows.
The unusually awkward waist line may come from a practice done years ago where women would wear corsets to get even smaller waists.
I guess she never has to ask, "Do I look fat in this dress?"

There's a famous American lady married to a plastic surgeon who did something very similar to herself using corsets and determination. Same outcome. And by that I mean /shudder

Yeah, I highly doubt she was born this way. As Benicio mentioned earlier, there was a woman in America famous for this exact body shape and she said it was through the years of constantly tightening her corsets that helped her get to where she is today.
