5 Common Mistakes Made When Shooting Video and How to Fix Them in Post

Whether you are new to shooting video or an experienced professional, we all make mistakes from time to time, and we might not always be able to shoot what we need again. This excellent video tutorial will show you five common mistakes people make when shooting video and how you can fix them in post.

Coming to you from Parker Walbeck, this great video tutorial will show you how to fix five common video mistakes in post. Of course, it is always better to get things right in camera if you can, particularly when it comes to video. The vast majority of the time, you will not be shooting in raw when working with video due both to the humongous file sizes and the lack of capabilities, and as such, the files generally have less latitude in post, making it all the more important to get basic settings and the like as close as possible. Nonetheless, things will occasionally go wrong, of course, and modern camera sensors still offer a fair amount of versatility to allow you to correct things without too much of a penalty in image quality. Check out the video above for the full rundown from Walbeck.
