I was up early wondering the streets when I saw this guy carrying a dead pig in a wheel barrow. He set up a table in the street and began to butcher. I watched the until the pig was cut and shaped into what we'd commonly find wrapped in plastic. This is a process we don't see when buying our meat from the supermarket.
