Is This the Ultimate Nikon Portrait Setup?

The Nikon Z8 has lit the photography world on fire, offering almost all of the benefits and advanced features of the highly respected Z9 at an aggressive price. Paired with the NIKKOR Z 85mm f/1.2 S and NIKKOR Z 35mm f/1.8 S, the combo becomes a formidable setup for portraits. So, what can you accomplish with it? This excellent video takes a look.

Coming to you from Julia Trotti, this great video takes a look at the Nikon Z8 mirrorless camera, NIKKOR Z 85mm f/1.2 S, and NIKKOR Z 35mm f/1.8 S lenses for portrait photography. The Z8 is a particularly impressive camera for the price, but the 85mm is also fantastic, offering photographers the classic portraiture focal length paired with an extreme aperture and high levels of image quality that can easily stand up to the demands of the high-resolution sensor inside the Z8. Meanwhile, the 35mm f/1.8 is a more pragmatic lens, offering good performance and image quality at a more reasonable price ($696). Meanwhile, if the 85mm f/1.2 is too much of a hit to your wallet, the NIKKOR Z 85mm f/1.8 S is a nice alternative at $696. Check out the video above for the full rundown from Trotti.
