The $250 Rebate on a Canon Photo Printer and Free Paper Deal Is Back

The $250 Rebate on a Canon Photo Printer and Free Paper Deal Is Back

We have two Canon PIXMA PRO-100 printers in the Fstoppers office, and we're big fans of them. They create vibrant, top-notch prints time and time again. And until December 31, you can get your own PIXMA PRO-100 and 50 sheets of 13" x 19" photo paper for just $109.

B&H has brought back the popular deal on the Canon PIXMA PRO-100 printer. Normally priced at $359, for the next few weeks, a mail-in rebate brings the price down to just $109. You'll also get 50 sheets of Canon Photo Paper Pro Luster, a $44 value. The PIXMA PRO-100 prints up to 13" x 19" at 4,800 x 2,400 DPI and can print an 8" x 10" photo in 51 seconds. It has 8 ink cartridges (3 monochrome) and comes with starter ink. In addition to photos, it can also print CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays. Remember, the mail-in rebate is good until December 31.

Price on B&H is showing as $360 with a mail in $250 rebate.

Thanks, the price updated in between writing the article and it being published. I changed the prices!

This is a great deal but I'm still waiting to run out of ink on my old but able Pro9000 Mark II before I take the one I got from the October promotion out of the box -- a box with a gaping hole, required for the rebate.

I think it was Fstoppers that alerted me to the last promotion, so it's a good time to thank you for keeping us abreast of these deals. Mine was a $59.00 price after this and that, which was cheaper than buying a full set of ink, so it was a no-brainer even if I never used the printer.

Seem to happen all the time yet here in the UK we don't get such great deals. 🤨

How long does it take to get the rebate? I mailed it out back in September...

Mine took about 6 weeks to come through. I got my Pro-100 in a 6D II bundle deal from B&H last year during Black Friday. I mailed off the rebate immediately (late November) and received an AMEX cash card around mid-January.

Great printer. I have the Pro 100 and Pro 10. Now if Canon would just not keep raising the price on ink for the Pro 100. ;-) The Pro 10 ink has, so far, stayed the same as it was when I got it Oct 2013 and it's pigment ink with paddles in the ink tank to mix the ink so you think they would cost more. Thoughts?

I'd recommend picking up extra cartridges or entire sets from inkjets.com - they sell a full 8-piece set of the CLI-42 cartridges for the PIXMA Pro-100 for $46 each (or $8 per cartridge if you buy them individually). They also have extra holiday discounts at this time, so it's a pretty good deal if you want to stock up.

Thanks Josh, I'll check em out. So far I'm planning on using Precision Colors for after market ink. But I would prefer to use OEM.

make sure to follow every detail of the rebate, if you don't, it will be a nightmare. I took the deal early this year and I am still waiting on the rebate.... also make sure to have the full amount of money to buy retail price.

This is a really fine printer. I owning and I have excellent results. I love the consistency of the colors. I only use Canon ink. So I can't tell you about replacement inks. I received the rebate in very reasonable time. It came in the form of a credit card. But I had no trouble getting it accepted and really enjoyed it. One of the best deals I have had in a long time. Very satisfied. Oh by the bye it did a fantastic job on some 4x6 prints. Color was great consistent and it is fast. Can't go wrong on this deal . So far so good. Hope this helps...
