I'd love to know why the light reflections in the fore ground look like graffiti lol
Sorry, don't have any good answer to that one,
as it's not done in post i suppose it has to do with long exposure and the moving lights, water etc...
so far i have only got this effect in this particular place...
I just thought it was so odd! I wonder if it's caused by the slight movement of the bridge during the exposure?
I thought the same, but wouldnt that also make the lights in the bridge itself blurry?
Maybe they are moving slightly, but because of science/physics the reflect is far more pronounced in the movement, along with the water moving somewhat.
Honestly I really don't know. I just noticed it fades away as things are farther away
