A vertical frame, or even a landscape frame would be much better, don't know why you thought of using a panorama for this specific image.
Really? You can't imagine this art over somebody's headboard in their bedroom? That would be really nice. I don't mind your opinion, but your wording is really something.
I'm just saying that a vertical frame would be better composition wise.
We are talking photography here after all, it's not a wallpaper store here after all.
