This is a gorgeous location and a cool shot.
A few minor tweaks that would make the composition of this shot even better:
-If you would have just stepped ONE foot to the left and brought the camera a little lower, you would have gotten the door more in the middle and shown more of the "fan" window. You can tell that it's ever so slightly misaligned by looking at the windows up top and lining them with the staircase.
-Edit the reflections on the floor. If it's possible, turn down the exposure or at least make the reflection crisper--the light makes the floor look like linoleum. Next time you do shoot, I would recommend waiting until the natural sunlight creates an even light into the building, or use a reflector outside.
-clean up and sharpen the upper window, so that it's not overexposed.
-A few other minor edits to color and scale, and voila, it would be featured in a magazine!
I think the symmetry's actually pretty good. I'm sure it required a crop, but it's fine.
