I like the choice of which ring goes where (seems to be biggest to smallest)
I think if you're going to use a reflection, it might be a good idea to put them in the center of the frame. It may help with the balance/symmetry.
However, if you keep them at the bottom of the frame, it could still work with a pitch black background ( a sheet or black notebook would work) because the background is a little distracting.
One more thing, black and white may help it look more interesting (the color isn't really adding)
If you try that, I'd love to see the results! Hope this helps!
(however, I'm thinking of it from more a product photography point of view, so I may be totally off from what you're going for)
