Facial expression is underwhelming her eyes are quite weird and stuff, I get it, you captured a moment, it's cool, but there is no context for said moment and said joke especially with this solid black background..
But still... solid image!
Such a powerful image.
I would prefer it with the subject moved to the left. Crop off a touch of her right shoulder and leave all that empty space to the front of her.
Add some side light a bit to remove the shadow on her neck.
Other than that, and they are minor, I love it.
