Suggestions on how I can improve this photo please?
Take him out from behind the pillar and direct him a bit better, his facial expression is not really inviting at all. You have some nice bokeh in the background, move your subject over to the right and re-compose your image. IMO
Thanks for the input Wayne. I took a look at the photos that you have posted on Fstoppers and you have some nice creative stuff out there. Thanks for the constructive criticism. Trying to put some of my stuff out there and see what others think. I get a little frustrated sometimes. Especially when I get very few comments back about how I could do better.
I agree. I appreciate constructive criticism. It's how we learn to improve. I noticed one person on here is commenting by saying things like weird or I don't like. Not very helpful.
